If you’re a pet owner you know that when you have a pet, the years spent together seem like forever. But when they die it seems like it went by so fast. Over the years we’ve been through this numerous times with our dogs and cats. Our last 3 dogs, Louie, Frankie, and Buddy died in 2008 and 2016, Mikey, a cat, in 2021. All 4 were strays that just found us.
It took some time, but through a local rescue we recently adopted a little dog named Jack.
He’s a very sweet and loving little guy and we are so lucky to have found him.
Any animal lover knows that giving a pet a home is one of the best feelings you can experience. I encourage anyone looking for a pet to check out their local shelters or pet rescues. You’ll make your new friend so happy to have someone to love and someone who loves them back.
